Graphs, Tables and Watch Lists
- Graphs, Tables and Watch Lists are available from both the chart and encounter screens
- Vital signs, lab results and growth charts may be graphed or displayed in a tabular format
- Growth charts utilize data provided by the CDC
- Zoom in, hide background and full screen views available
- Enhance patient care by showing and printing graphs and/or tables during the encounter
- Graph up to four data elements—any combination of lab results and vital signs—at one time
- Create tables of as many data elements as needed; highlight in bold for patient review
- Create Watch Lists—saved combinations of selected data elements
- Make Watch Lists available to all patients or only to a specific patient
- Hyperlinks at the top of screen control how many data points will be graphed
- Show Average displays a line in blue for the average value for all data points being graphed
- Show Normal Ranges displays lines in green for the normal high and low
