- One-screen check in: Use Save and Process to perform any typical check in steps from one screen; patients become "Visitors" after check in
- Review patient ledger and demographics, insurance coverage, scan insurance cards or drivers license, collect copay, print a receipt, etc.
- Flexible: Define the places in your office, i.e., waiting room, exam rooms, check out, front desk, etc.
- Quick view: The scheduler shows previously checked-in patients (bold) and their current place in the office
- Simple transitions: Just drag and drop to transition a patient to a new place
