• The various places in your office, along with visitor counts, appear in the navigation bar on the left
• To view visitors in a place, simply click on the place
• The visitor organizer shows visitors that are assigned to you

• Appointment date/time
• Time the patient was checked in
• Provider or resource scheduled for the appointment

• Total amount of time the patient has been in the current place

Patient Delay Reports

Patient delay reports show how many minutes on average patients have spent waiting, average wait times grouped by month or appointment provider, and average total time in office per patient. Patient delay reports are available by month, provider, date range, and/or ugent appointments.
